Below you will find some important terms and conditions for you appointment please READ CAREFULLY! Retainer(deposit ) : A $10 non refundable retainer is due at the time of booking for makeup Services A $20 non refundable retainer of due at the time of booking for all hair services Your retainer will go towards your service . Your retainer is NON REFUNDABLE and can be TRANSFERRED 1 time only The only time your retainer will be refunded to you is if SlayedByO studios cancel or cause some sort of inconvenience. TIME MANAGEMENT: TIME IS MONEY ! Please make sure that you are ON TIME to your appointment. There is a 5 min grace period after 5 min you will be charged $1 per min After 15 min your appointment will be cancelled! NO CALL/ NO SHOW Please be mindful to treat people how you would like to be treated . It takes 2 min to send a text saying you can’t make it or to reschedule your standing appointment. If you choose not to communicate you will be BANNED from booking . CANCELLATION : You must cancel your standing appointment 24 hours in ADVANCE . SAME DAY FEE: $75 Please book in the 12-24 hour window to avoid this fee . If you do not cancel Within 24 hours you will be charged %100 of your appointment total No exceptions. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in a 24 hour prior to your scheduled appointment.
If you cancel outside of the 24 hour window 50% of your total service will be collected .
NO CALL NO SHOW
WILL RESULT IN 100% payment of the total balance of your scheduled appointment and you will be banned from booking
As it’s very important to respect my time and respect other clients coming in studio after you as their appointment are just as important to me .
LATE FEES
Communication is KEY at SlayedbyO Studios.
There is a 5 min GRACE PERIOD, after 5 min your late fee will accumulate from $1 per min that you are not in my chair .
The timer will Not stop because you are parking you have to be sitting on my chair for that timer to stop .
After 15 min Your appointment will be CANCELLED.
And you will forfeit your Deposit .
And lastly ,
Ladies please try your best to come dressed and looking like that girl !
At the end of your service there will be photos taken and they will be featured on my social media platform(s)
